Sunflowers and Temples

Happiness is not something ready made.
It comes from your own actions.
~Dalai Lama

There is no need for temples,
no need for complicated philosophies.

My brain and my heart are my temples;
my philosophy is kindness.
~ Dalai Lama

Hope your day is blessed
and your heart
filled with peace.

Blessings and light to you friends!

(that's my nephew Benjamin!)

Aren´t sunflowers grand ?
Over here (Portugal) they have a different colour,almost oranged, this is due to the sun.
And I also love to eat sun flower seeds.
Just like the birds LOL.
