Dairy, Italy and A Day in Milan

I am sitting here with "SO Delicious" Coconut Creamer in my coffee, and my egg burrito laced with "Almond Cheese." Yes, almond cheese. I dream of dairy. I do. I am giving "no dairy" a temporary shot for six weeks to see how I feel.

A year and a half ago I was in Italy over-dosing on dairy and white flour and loving every minute of it. I felt fantastic, but alas, I was in Italy. That seems to cure all ills for me, except for the fact that my legs looked great from hiking around the hill towns but my belly (hidden strategically behind draped fabric) was that of a beer drinking couch potato. As I wrote to my friend Caroline on a postcard while drinking cappuccino and eating a pizza, I had become "Buddha on chopsticks."

I have uploaded another musical photo slideshow to YouTube. This time of Milan. I had one day on my own in this amazing city. The whole reason I decided to stay over night was because I wanted to see The Last Supper (Which, by the way, was aMAZing if you've never seen it! Completely lives up to the fame and hype. I cried. Seriously.) but the whole day ... it was simply magical.

My Day in Milan September 2008 (only 2 1/2 minutes!)

How do I say "Thanks for visiting!" in Italian?

I indulged in gelato while in Italy and paid the price for it: congestion and breakouts for days afterward. You are so lucky you felt good while you were there. Here at home, I don't miss dairy at all. I really like So Delicious coconut milk creamer (French vanilla) and I love Purely Decadent coconut milk ice cream. Have you tried it? I swear it tastes as light, creamy and delicious as gelato. It's divine.

It´s Grazie por la visita!
Hi, Lucinda !
Your photo skills are always improving.Thank´s for the guided tour
i don´t know Italy, but it´s in my dreams to go there one of these days.
As you know I´m Portuguese (have you ever been to Portugal ?)but without meaning to burst a bubble, whenever people tell me how much they love Italy and especially Rome i tell them to watch the movie or read the book named "Gomorra" by the Italian Author Roberto Saviano.
This is something also very important that concerns not only the Italians but everyone that loves Italy and is concerned about the ever growing number of organized Crime in this particular country.
Thank´s for the visit, and sorry for the long post.

3 Researches SHOW How Coconut Oil Kills Belly Fat.

This means that you literally burn fat by consuming coconut fats (in addition to coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 studies from large medical journals are sure to turn the traditional nutrition world around!
